ServiceNow SPM Developer III

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing SPM modules to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. 
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to support Strategic Portfolio Management processes and workflows. 
• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation. 
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to ServiceNow applications post-implementation. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. 

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with specific experience in SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, UI Policy, etc.) and ServiceNow APIs.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience working in a federal environment and familiarity with federal security and compliance requirements.
• Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
