Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is currently seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that leverage the power of ServiceNow to transform service delivery and drive organizational success. This is a fully remote job. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and design innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on optimizing Service Portfolio Management processes.

  • Architecture Development: Develop comprehensive architectural designs and configurations for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet the specific needs of our clients, particularly within the Service Portfolio Management domain.

  • Integration Management: Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability to support service portfolio data management.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, driving excellence in solution delivery and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and user guides. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote effective utilization of ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of ServiceNow solutions. Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are in place to deliver robust and reliable solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Actively participate in the ServiceNow community to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role, with a focus on Service Portfolio Management.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and configuration, including hands-on experience with the Service Portfolio Management module.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Experience working in a federal environment and familiarity with federal security and compliance requirements.
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
