Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Program Manager to join our talent IT team for a new engagement with a Federal Agency. This person serves as NetImpact's single contract manager and shall be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. This is a full- time position that has full authority to act for NetImpact on all matters relating to operations, including, but not limited to: 

 

  • Task Order compliance, service delivery, strategy, optimization, and contractual issue escalation. 
  • Responsible for formulating, enforcing, and enhancing work standards, assigning Contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising Contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.  
  • The Program Manager (PM) also tracks and accounts for government-provided equipment approved to be off-site in the performance of the resulting contract.  
  • The PM is responsible for the overall contract performance. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Management and maintenance of the Major Incident Management (MIM) process, including incident management, problem management, MIM ticket closure, root cause, trending, knowledge management
  • Driving efficiency and effectiveness of the MIM process for T&I
  • Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems arising across all IT systems and services. Reviews and analyzes report data to identify root cause (recent changes or maintenance) and reviews patterns for automating request for services in the self-service portal catalog
  • Producing management information, including KPIs and reports, and performing trend analysis across all T&I
  • Tracking incidents across all queue owners and monitor for closure / coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure T&I incidents are resolved
  • Ensuring efficient flow of tickets between all Queue owners
  • Ensuring that the MIM process is followed and act as the main point of contact for major incidents and
  • Assessing and reporting on areas across all T&I where Priority 1 through Priority 4 Incident service level target have not been met

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience of program management 
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Desk and Asset Management operations of similar size and scope 
  • Working knowledge and experience administering/managing multiple tasks of similar size and scope 
  • Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and 
  • skills in pertaining to the requirements stipulated in this PWS 
  • Technical and administrative leadership of task compliance with industry accepted standards 
  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management  
  • ITIL Foundation certification V4. 
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
