Job Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) - Application Development Division (ADD) has a requirement for Flexible Agile Scalable Team (FAST) to support multiple Agile teams to support Agile design, development, and sustainment of human capital systems for all TSA employees. This project covers the implementation and support for TSA’s human capital systems.

 

Responisibilities

As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you’ll offer advice and expertise to help improve business performance and implement key human capital requirements within ServiceNow HRSD. Activities include requirements analysis, functional design, user story creation and validation, testing, and troubleshooting. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical experience. Develops technical solutions to complex problems.  Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Minimum 7 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; 6 years’ experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience. Experience with business process reengineering, user story creation, and/or requirements analysis for Federal HR customers, 3+ years

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications, 3+ years.
  • Experience working in agile teams, 2+ years.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, 2+ years.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience

 

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialists.
  • Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
  • Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years.
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
