Enterprise Architect Senior

As an Enterprise Architect, you will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies. You will define and maintain the organization's IT architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards. Your responsibilities include assessing current IT environments, designing future-state architectures, and overseeing the integration of new technologies. You will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and optimize IT investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
• Design and oversee the architecture of IT systems, ensuring they meet business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture, making adjustments as necessary to improve performance and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including system diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing large-scale IT systems, including cloud computing and enterprise application integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
