Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to support US Federal customers in developing custom ServiceNow applications. The Architect will utilize their expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization to implement enterprise solutions, working on a cross-functional team to enhance the platform, implement new products, and develop solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead architecture efforts with a focus on core ServiceNow capabilities. 

• Plan and execute application releases. 

• Lead solution and technical design for project enhancements. 

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on development as needed. 

• Guide and mentor junior developers. 

• Estimate, plan, and report on project tasks. 

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

• 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience. 

• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, APIs, ACLs, and advanced scripting. 

• ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist certifications. 

• Must meet government eligibility requirements. 

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA). 

• Federal consulting experience. 

• Agile/Scrum certifications. 

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
