ServiceNow Developer/Tester

NetImpact is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Tester to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with external developers and stakeholders to create enterprise business solutions, using ITIL best practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring compliance with DM and TRM. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead technical development of client solutions in ServiceNow. 

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, App Creator, and more. 

• Collaborate on platform upgrades and maintain API/data integration processes. 

• Generate operational reports and transform requirements into actionable technical designs. 

• Ensure system reliability through change management, version upgrades, and patch installations. 

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and support for ServiceNow. 

• Develop test plans, document findings, and assist in sprint documentation. 

Requirements: 

• 1+ years of relevant experience. 

• ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist). 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL processes. 

• Must be eligible for public trust clearance and pass a background check and drug test. 

Preferred: 

• Federal consulting experience.
