Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Trainer to join our team at NetImpact Strategies, support the USDA-AGMAX Project. This is a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has previous proven experience in training roles, an understanding of Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Proven Optics. 

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and hosting virtual and in-person training programs and sessions at military hospitals in a virtual (remote) and in-person setting. 
  • Developing classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals according to specifications, including 508 compliance, team style guides, and agency brand requirements.
  • Designing and facilitating training in-person and remotely.
  • Assessing training effectiveness for continued improvement and increased course offerings.
  • Communicating with subject-matter experts on instructional design methods and their specific deliverables.

Qualifications

Required: 

  • 3-5 years minimum of training and/or education experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to train non-technical users on how to use software 
  • Leadership skills and ability to direct mid-level trainers and the overall training program
  • Training program design skills to create programs that will have the best impact among users
  • Strong knowledge of military culture and organization
  • Enterprise software deployment experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, organization, and reporting skills
  • US Citizenship required and must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
