Job Description

Project Manager - ServiceNow (SPM, GRC, Proven Optics)
100% Remote | Active Secret Clearance Required

 

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including SPM, GRC, and Proven Optics. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with customer requirements. The PM will collaborate with technical teams and customers, oversee risk mitigation, and provide regular status updates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including SPM, GRC, and Proven Optics.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate project startup, transition-in, and transition-out activities.
  • Provide regular status reports, manage risks, and address potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with customers and technical teams to align on project requirements and resolve challenges.
  • Oversee project documentation, including business requirements, functional design, and development milestones.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management.
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage 3-5 small teams.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow configuration.
  • Active Secret Clearance and eligibility for government requirements.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Experience with Federal Government projects.
  • Certified Scrum Master or PMP.
