Job Description

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Management Analyst to support a Federal Agency.

This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine operational procedures and program execution strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct organizational studies, evaluate effectiveness, and design systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short- and long-term organizational growth and success.
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple assignments.
  • Extract, analyze, and manage data using database systems to generate insights that support informed decision-making and resource prioritization.
  • Investigate and gather facts about agency programs and activities.
  • Research, analyze, and interpret complex rules and regulations related to operations.
  • Prepare, present, and defend reports and proposals, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders and government officials.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating required proficiency.
  • Master’s Degree and/or
  • Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
  • Experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
