Job Description

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Change Management Specialist to support a Federal agency.

This role is located 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Candidates must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the change control management process, including planning and execution.
  • Assist in the identification, impact analysis, and documentation of changes, presenting them to the Change Control Board (CCB).
  • Record and communicate the status of CCB decisions and approved changes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and support the program support library.
  • Provide technical guidance and conduct assessments of current and future software and hardware based on site-specific requirements.
  • Support administrative tasks such as status reporting, data gathering, report preparation, task tracking, and meeting logistics.
  • Identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Research, review, and document adherence to organizational processes and procedures.
  • Analyze the need for change, define its scope, and evaluate its impact on operations and personnel.
  • Perform risk assessments and allocate resources effectively to support change initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications

  • A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in change management or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
  • Candidates must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
  • IAM II certification (CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP (or associate), GSLC) as per DoD 8570.01-M standards
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

  • Experience working with federal change management processes and tools.
  • Additional certifications in change management or project management methodologies.
  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
