Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Boomi Developer and Integration Architect to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, along with a solid background in integration architecture, APIs, and enterprise systems. You will play a key role in designing scalable integration frameworks, ensuring seamless data flow across business applications, and optimizing system performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows between on-premise and cloud systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, eCommerce platforms).
  • Define integration standards, patterns, and best practices for scalability and reusability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Boomi processes and environments.
  • Implement and manage APIs and data mappings between heterogeneous systems.
  • Support governance, version control, and security compliance for integration processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Work closely with other architects and developers to align integration solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration and API development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere (certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data mapping, and workflow orchestration.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and EDI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Curiosity to learn new tools
  • Problem solving and can do approach to resolving issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Dell Boomi Professional or Architect Certification.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Familiarity with iPaaS alternatives (MuleSoft, Informatica, Workato).
