This person serves as NetImpact's single contract manager and shall be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. This is a full- time position that has full authority to act for NetImpact on all matters relating to operations, including, but not limited to:    - Task Order compliance, service delivery, strategy, optimization, and contractual issue escalation.  - Responsible for formulating, enforcing, and enhancing work standards, assigning Contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising Contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.   - The Program Manager (PM) also tracks and accounts for government-provided equipment approved to be off-site in the performance of the resulting contract.   - The PM is responsible for the overall contract performance.    Responsibilities - Management and maintenance of the Major Incident Management (MIM) process, including incident management, problem management, MIM ticket closure, root cause, trending, knowledge management - Driving efficiency and effectiveness of the MIM process for T&I - Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems arising across all IT systems and services. Reviews and analyzes report data to identify root cause (recent changes or maintenance) and reviews patterns for automating request for services in the self-service portal catalog - Producing management information, including KPIs and reports, and performing trend analysis across all T&I - Tracking incidents across all queue owners and monitor for closure / coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure T&I incidents are resolved - Ensuring efficient flow of tickets between all Queue owners - Ensuring that the MIM process is followed and act as the main point of contact for major incidents and - Assessing and reporting on areas across all T&I where Priority 1 through Priority 4 Incident service level target have not been met

Release Manager will provide multifaceted support for software development lifecycle releases, encompassing responsibilities of overseeing software builds, planning, scheduling, and coordinating through various stages and environments.       Responsibilities - Providing multifaceted support for software development lifecycle releases, encompassing the responsibilities of overseeing software builds, planning, scheduling, and coordinating through various stages and environments, while also managing changes in IT service  - Performing risk management, resolving issues affecting release scope and quality, and ensuring compliance with client standards and processes  - Leveraging expertise in ITSM processes, IT infrastructure and software development tools, to maintain communication with stakeholders, implement quality assurance, and generate release reports   - Ensuring teams follow a change and release management process created using industry best practices and client specific requirements  - Oversees the change request process, monitors submission and approval workflows and coordinates relevant meetings  - Document the approval, deployment, and configuration of all Infrastructure system/service Configuration Items (CI) into or that exist within the infrastructure production environment.  - Develop the Configuration and Change Management Procedures and the Release Management Plan.  - Work with client change management board and processes, to ensure change management processes are adhered to for system changes.  - Conducting configuration audit/verification activities to determine undocumented changes and to limit service disruptions/outages.  - Employing change management status accounting strategies to ensure board members, system owners and stakeholders are apprised of anticipated/ongoing/completed deployment/transition activities within the enterprise.  - Conducting Change Ticket business reviews to standardize and strengthen change ticket content used by board members to determine risk acceptance. Assist with impact and rootcause analysis and report findings, when necessary.   - Balancing timely software releases with the risk of introducing bugs, managing complex dependencies, and efficiently handling changes in IT services
